Location: Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) + Meals + Incentives Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in café/restaurant setting We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our upcoming fast food café inside Prestige Lakeside Habitat. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast food items, with a strong sense of hygiene, speed, and presentation. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of fast food dishes including: Sandwiches, burgers, rolls, wraps Tea, coffee, cold beverages Basic Indian quick meals (Maggi, parathas, momos, cutlets) Handle both veg and non-veg preparations with proper kitchen hygiene Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines Ensure all dishes are prepared on time during peak hours Maintain food inventory and communicate purchasing needs Support in packaging, plating, and delivery-ready items Adhere to food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Minimum 5 years of experience working as a cook in a café, food joint, or cloud kitchen Strong knowledge of fast food recipes and techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with kitchen equipment like grillers, toasters, fryers, etc. Good attitude and team-player spirit Basic understanding of Kannada or Hindi is preferred
