Job description Position: International Client Support Executive(Voice/Chat/Blended) Location: Pune Salary: Up to 6 LPA 30% hike on last salary (Experience) / Up to 3 LPA (Fresher ) Contact: Call or WhatsApp HR Kalyani at 9225600444 Note: Immediate joiners preferred. Role & responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and online chat in a timely and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive rapport. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores. Preferred candidate profile: Graduate/Under Graduate Fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of International BPO experience are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
