Job Description

Qualification • Graduate Engineer-Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation discipline or equivalent Experience • 2+ years or relevant experience in Maritime industry with good track record. • Experience in designing and maintaining marine automation systems. • Familiarity with international maritime standards and regulations. • Experience with Dynamic Positioning system is an advantage. • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage Skills • Good Interpersonal skills • Collaborative & Positive Attitude • Customer Focus • Strong analytical & Problem-solving skills • Self-driven & focused person • Adaptability - Flexibility to work in dynamic and challenging environments. • Strong project management skills to handle projects from specification to delivery. • Demonstrate strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to audience diversity. • Demonstrate behavioral competencies required for this level. Travel • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required • Prepared to travel on short notice. • To possess valid travel document. • Willingness to travel to any part of the world wherever company feels safe to travel. Roles & Responsibilities • Design and develop automation systems for marine vessels and offshore platforms. • Manage projects from specification to delivery and sea trials. • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of existing automation systems. • Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and regulations. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sales, production, and innovation departments. • Conduct testing and validation of automation systems in real-world conditions. • Provide technical support and training to clients and crew members. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in marine automation. • Prepare technical documentation and reports for projects. • Organize factory acceptance tests (FAT) with classification societies and customers. • Commission systems remotely or on-site as required
