Qualification • Graduate or equivalent • Diploma/ degree in Human Resource Management would be preferable Experience • 3-6+ years experience working as Generalist HR with experience in end-to-end recruitment, esp. IT recruitment. • Experience of sourcing resumes from different channels & methods. • Good knowledge in MS- Office applications. Skills • Good Interpersonal Skills • Proactive approach • Team Player Travel • Based on the Exigency of the requirement Roles & Responsibilities HR General • Perform the HR & Admin tasks & activities as allocated. Recruitment • Assist in planning, recruitment and selection process. • Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and job requirements. • Perform market feasibility analysis of the requirement and find innovative ways to source candidates. • Schedule and coordinate interviews, take initial rounds of interview and provide candidate feedback. • Maintain and update candidate database & recruitment records. • Initiate stakeholder meetings to discuss the challenges and recommendations • Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. • Review & evaluate the vendors on regular basis. • Support HR initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive company culture
