Job Description

Skill Set Programming and Scripting Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS to accurately target and manipulate elements on the page during testing. Proficient in using Selenium WebDriver for automating browser interactions. Familiarity with Jasmine and cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) testing. Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests. API Testing: Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to test them, either as part of end-to-end tests or through dedicated API testing tools. Experience using Postman for manual API testing and automating API test suites. Performance Testing: Experience with WebPageTest or similar tools to measure and optimize frontend performance as part of the testing process. Soft Skills: High level of precision in writing and executing test scripts. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and find solutions to complex problems in the test automation process. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of the product.
