Job-3 Job Title: MEPF Draftsman/Modeler Responsibilities: Develop detailed MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) 2D and 3D drawings for civil projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Generate comprehensive drawings to facilitate the smooth execution of MEPF services during construction. Derive quantities for MEPF-related services to support project planning and coordination. Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback into drawings. Utilize Revit software to enhance the efficiency and precision of drafting tasks (Revit knowledge is a plus). Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in MEPF design to ensure drawings align with the latest practices.
