Axis Hospital And Research Center, Kanpur is looking for Anaesthetist / Critical Care to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Anesthesia Administration : Administering anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring they are pain - free and stable throughout the procedure. Preoperative Assessment : Conducting preoperative assessments to evaluate the patient's medical history, current health status, and any potential risks associated with anesthesia. Anesthesia Management : Monitoring the patient's vital signs, adjusting anesthesia levels as needed, and ensuring their safety during surgery. Pain Management : Managing post - operative pain and ensuring that patients are comfortable during their recovery period. Critical Care in the ICU : Providing intensive care to patients in the ICU who are critically ill, including those with severe medical conditions, trauma, or following major surgeries. Ventilator Management : Overseeing mechanical ventilation for patients who require respiratory support, making adjustments as needed. Hemodynamic Monitoring : Continuously monitoring the patient's hemodynamic status, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, and taking appropriate actions to stabilize them. Medication Management : Administering and adjusting medications, including sedatives, analgesics, and vasoactive drugs, as necessary to support the patient's condition.
