Job Role: Legal Advocate (Real Estate) We are seeking an experienced Advocate to oversee and manage legal documentation, agreements, and compliance for our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure all contracts, sale deeds, lease agreements, and other legal documents are meticulously reviewed and legally sound. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and vet real estate agreements (Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, MOUs, etc.). Ensure compliance with RERA, local property laws, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, developers, and government authorities for legal clearances. Handle dispute resolution, title verification, and due diligence. Provide legal advice on property transactions and risk mitigation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled with the Bar Council. 3+ years of experience in real estate law, property documentation, or related field. Strong knowledge of RERA, Stamp Duty, Registration Act, and Contract Law . Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.
