The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills , a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong ability to engage with prospective students and parents. A presentable appearance and positive attitude are essential, as the role involves front-facing responsibilities and frequent interaction with visitors. Key Responsibilities: Counsel and guide prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, campus facilities, and other academic offerings. Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and effectively. Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional campaigns to generate leads. Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processes. Represent the institution with a positive and approachable image at all times. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in communication, marketing, or education). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality. Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or a similar role is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Preferred Traits: Outgoing and engaging personality. Passionate about student development and education. Comfortable speaking in public or conducting sessions.
