Job Description : To maximize ad revenue and achieve monthly/yearly sales targets To develop new clients /potential advertisers for both our newspapers Deccan Herald + Prajavani To interact with clients/advertising agencies for business generation and develop PR on a daily basis. To make daily sales calls to clients/ad agencies and maintain daily call reports for efficient follow up. To do extensive research on client spending pattern/market share viz a competition have in depth understanding of their market/objectives and challenges. To improve market share yield of existing clients. To offer customized solutions to clients. Required Candidate Specifications: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in PR agencies/corporate communication or advertising sales in print media, radio ,digital or native advertising. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of native advertising formats, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics for digital advertising campaigns is a plus.
