We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Technical Lead for our Transport Planning & Mobility team at iCRC to work alongside our ME Lead to lead on the technical outputs of the team . This individual will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality support to WSP Middle East (ME) project delivery from the Transport planning & Mobility iCRC. Responsibilities Key Competencies / Skills: Candidate with minimum of 08 to 15 years of experience with Post Graduation in Transport Planning with extensive experience in delivering the ME projects. Experience of leadingthe project independently and having experience of managingateam Strategic and operational modeling model running, extraction of data, and analysis, in particular using VISSIM (5 or above), VISUM (11 or above), SYNCHRO (7 or 8), SIDRA (5.1 or 6) and HCS (10) (Highway Capacity Software Prepare inputs to advisory reports on transportation and traffic management issues Input to TIS proposals and projects Detailed knowledge to ME TIS (Traffic impact study)and modeling guidelines Understanding of software's theories and limitations Support the successful delivery of high quality projects on time and to budgets Conduct required checks and reviews of iCRC team's analysis and designs Understand the contract and scope of project deliverables Coordinate with and support Engineers and CAD Technicians Research and review design options for both technical and economic impact Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies Assist with discipline project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) process Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met within the design Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline Support line manager & functional manager in planning resource needs and escalate as required if there are resource or utilization concerns Support line manager in generating work and expanding the iCRC team in line with the agreed action plan Provide feedback to the ME lead on the team's performance and development requirements Provide technical mentoring to the team at iCRC to upskill the junior resources Promote professional membership and qualification within the team at iCRC In conjunction with the project lead identify, assess and manage technical project risk Provide regular project status updates, including risks or concerns, to the ME lead Support the company's approach to sustainability Attend and contribute in team and project meetings Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline Assist ME lead on all business development opportunities

Role Summary As an Engineer Roads Drainage, you'll have experience in the Highways Sector to join our UK iCRC Roads team in Noida / Bengaluru.The role offers excellent diversified opportunities for a candidate seeking to progress their career and looking for experience, training, and support with their development and future career progression. The successful candidate will have experience in leading the development and delivery of integral part of highways and highway drainage projects through various stages of the design process, from feasibility to planning/detailed design and onto construction. Responsibilities You will be working and supporting a range of highways schemes associated with highway drainage elements You will be responsible for producing drainage engineering designs / modelling and construction drawings independently for various UK schemes using the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and other relevant standards. Role Summary We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Principal Engineer to join the UK iCRC Highway team in Noida/Bengaluru to work alongside our UK discipline. We are looking for rounded individuals responsible for planning and managing the delivery of projects, including the adequacy of design, compliance with standards and legislation, resource time, cost, and quality. The position will report to the Head of the Discipline. Responsibilities Your principal role will be the day-to-day project management, responsible for leading and delivering various UK schemes. You will be functioning as a technical specialist who develops and applies advanced engineering concepts and approaches to unique engineering problems. You will seek innovation in the delivery of schemes and techniques used to design them. You will be active on a number of projects at any given time. You will be supported by a team of experienced and developing technical staff of various grades, to whom you will be expected to provide guidance and support as appropriate.
