The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine office administration tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Prepare and send invoices, quotations, and proposals to clients using MS Word/Excel and email. Follow up with clients for payments, documents, and updates via email and phone. Make cold calls to potential clients and assist the sales team in lead generation activities. Maintain and update internal records and CRM tools for tracking client communication. Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Sales) for smooth daily operations. Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails; route them appropriately. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and follow-up tasks. Ensure office supplies, stationery, and documentation are well-managed and replenished as needed. Help with basic HR and recruitment support like scheduling interviews and managing candidate data. Support logistics and event coordination (online webinars, internal meetings, etc.). Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good command over written and spoken English . Polite and confident telephone manners. Basic understanding of business communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
