Consistently work to achieve or exceed individual and team targets. Conduct market research via trade events, industry publications, and networking to discover growth opportunities. Analyze and filter high-potential deals by evaluating strategy, prerequisites, and internal alignment. Design and execute effective negotiation strategies while balancing risk and reward. Close deals with internal support and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Contribute to branding by representing the company across industry and client forums. Continuously upgrade business development techniques and support internal learning initiatives. What We're Looking For: A fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over English with fluency and clarity in speech and writing. Understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
