Job Purpose This role will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering and providing HR support in meeting overall business goals of the organization. Key Result Areas Handle end to end Talent Acquisition activities Support Senior HRBP to execute departmental goals on areas on performance management, employee grievance redressals, strengthen employee relations and retention Connect with customer teams with an objective to drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives Support in the preparation of people analytics on a timely basis associated with talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, workforce budget, engagement etc. Handling payroll and labour compliance related matters Desired Skills Required Strong competence in MS Office ( esp. Advanced Excel) Working knowledge of any Designing tool such as Canva/ Adobe etc Analytical and goal oriented Functional Competencies required Working experience as HR business partner Stakeholder management High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen Strong domain knowledge in the area of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Behavioral Skills required Superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills Self-driven with a proven ability to multi-task. Must be a team player
