Job Description

Role & r Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to contribute to the development and support of applications built on Salesforce.com, specifically focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Identity. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including LWC, Aura, Apex, and related technologies, and will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires a commitment to best practices, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Responsibilities: Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud portals, community LWC components, and CMS integrations. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code, LWC, and Aura components. Utilize SFDX Scratch Orgs for development, adhering to Git, source-driven development, and trunk-based development principles. Ensure features are usable in both mobile and desktop environments. Technical Implementation: Implement complex business logic and integrations within the Salesforce platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and stability. Work with Salesforce platform features such as object models, custom metadata, limits, sharing, themes, audiences, flows, triggers, and platform events. Code Quality and Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Ensure code is optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, Tech Lead, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress and status. Process Adherence: Follow established SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices. Utilize JIRA for task management and tracking. Support and Maintenance: Provide support for releases and post-release activities. Assist in resolving production incidents and bug fixes. Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Identity. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce platform features. Experience with SFDX Scratch Orgs, Git, and source-driven development. Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data access, sharing, and security. Experience with app exchange product install/development. Experience with building custom solution on SFDC. Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment. Good written and verbal communication. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I).
