Job Description : ยท Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures ยท Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures ยท Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as necessary. ยท Achieving production target of portable cabins. ยท Ensures quality, safety etc. ยท Making Quality check reports of complete structural Works. ยท Undertake regular inspections and supervise works at regular intervals. ยท Prepare BOQ, contractor bill, DPR, reconciliation work ยท Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc ยท Dealing with suppliers & sub contractors. ยท Panning and organizing production schedules, targets and budgets, agreeing timescales internally and externally. ยท Oversee production process, continuous improvement, supervision of all work. ยท Ensure consistent stands, cost control and sustainability. ยท Making structural & interior designs. ยท Erection, fabrication, insulation, sheeting & welding Experience : - Minimum 3-5 year experiences in Mechanical/ Structural Engineering. Technical Competencies: Erection, Fabrication, Welding, Sheeting Work & Production management.
