This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Product Support Lead – Employee Health & Benefits We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders by leveraging domain expertise in employee health and benefits. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with in-depth knowledge of benefit programs and regulatory frameworks to ensure client satisfaction and product excellence. We will count on you to: - Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries, issue resolution, and technical troubleshooting specific to the Employee Health and Benefits domain. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and client services, to ensure seamless support and accurate issue resolution. - Analyze and interpret benefit plan details, compliance requirements, and user needs to provide targeted guidance and issue resolution. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our platform’s features and their application within health and benefit ecosystems. - Document support workflows, knowledge articles, and process improvements to foster self-service and efficiency. - Contribute to user training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing with a focus on enhancing the client experience and product adoption. - Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to guide future enhancements and features. What you need to have: - 8+ years of experience in a client-facing support or product specialist role, preferably within HR tech, Insurance & employee benefits platforms. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A master’s degree or technical certifications is a plus. - Strong knowledge of employee health plans, benefit administration, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, COBRA). - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools and processes. - Proficient in using support ticketing systems, knowledge base tools, and collaboration platforms. Preferred Skills: - Experience with benefits administration software or platforms. - Certification Requirement: PMP/CPM - Familiarity with data integration and APIs in the context of HR and benefits systems.
