Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, ensuring accurate labeling and handling, and maintaining a high standard of patient care and hygiene. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and correct diagnostic outcomes, thereby supporting high-quality patient care and upholding the reputation of our medical facility for safety, reliability, and compassion. RESPONSIBILTIES : Collecting blood samples from patients (both lab and home visits). Correct sample labeling and timely submission to the lab. Explaining the procedure to the patient before sample collection. Maintaining good relations and trust with customers. Taking care of lab equipment and hygiene. Treating patients sensitively and professionally. REQUIREMENTS : DMLT or Diploma / Certificate in Phlebotomy 0-2 years experience, FRESHERS are also welcome.
