1.Identify and engage with potential customers for personal loan products. 2.Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable loan products. 3.Explain the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various loan offerings. 4.Provide financial advice based on the customer's eligibility and needs. 5.Guide customers in completing loan applications and collect required documentation 6.Keep track of loan progress and follow up with both the customer and internal teams to ensure quick disbursal. 7.Address and resolve any customer queries or concerns related to the loan process.
