NDT Level 3 (RT/CR & UT) Specialist

Job Description

Position Overview We are preferably looking for a certified NDT Level 3 specialist with expertise in Radiographic Testing (RT/CR) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Level 2 developing to level 3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting, supervising, and interpreting NDT training & examinations, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. In this role, you will also provide expert consultancy services to our clients, including reviewing and developing customer procedures, assisting clients in resolving technical and quality-related challenges, and supporting clients in preparation for audits and certifications. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers meet industry standards and achieve their quality objectives through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Perform and/or oversee RT/CR and UT inspections in accordance with applicable standards and procedures. Be able to Interpret and evaluate test results, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures (Level 3). Train and mentor NDT personnel (Level 3). Ensure safety and quality compliance at all times. Liaise with clients and project teams as required. Additional Information Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as required. Availability to work outside regular hours, including evenings or weekends, to support urgent client needs or audits. Qualifications Valid Level 2 or Level 3 certification in RT and UT (NAS 410). Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in NDT, with a strong focus on RT and UT. Excellent knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices. Additional NDT method certifications. Previous experience in a supervisory or training role (for Level 3). Additionally We can accept Level 2 in the above-mentioned methods Has to be willing to move to level 3 in the mentioned methods 4 - 5 years experience as level 2 in RT/CR/UT. Show more Show less
