Location : Paramakudi, Tamil Nadu Company : Sri Saravana Electro Firm (Manufacturing Industry) Brand Partner : Quartz Decor & Interior Private Limited (Marketing Partner) Department : Production & Operation Job Type : Permanent Job Summary: Sri Saravana Electro Firm is seeking an experienced Welder with expertise in MIG welding and TIG welding to join the Decorative Architectural Metal Fabrication Products like Fencing, Railing, Wall Dividers, Gates, Furniture, wall Cladding, Lighting Poles, Doors & Windows. This concern is a subsidiary and official brand partner of Quartz Decor & Interior Private Limited , responsible for handling marketing operations across Tamil Nadu . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both MIG and TIG welding techniques, specifically in the Decorative Architectural Metal product Field. This position requires a focus on high-quality standards, safety, and precision in welding operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding and TIG welding on Decorative Architectural Metal product Field Read and interpret fabrication drawings to ensure accurate welding and fabrication. Prepare materials and set up welding equipment according to specifications. Inspect welded joints for quality, ensuring they meet required strength and appearance standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment , following all safety procedures and using protective gear. Collaborate with CNC machine operators and other team members to ensure smooth production flow. Maintain welding equipment , reporting any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team. Perform routine quality checks on completed welds and report discrepancies. Candidate Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or a relevant field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in MIG & TIG welding techniques. Hands-on experience in Decorative Architectural Metal Fabrication Products like Fencing, Railing, Wall Dividers, Gates, Furniture, wall Cladding, Lighting Poles, Doors & Windows. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and welding blueprints. Welding certification in MIG or other relevant welding certifications is preferred . Familiarity with welding safety protocols and equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. · Age: Below 35 · Gender: Male Salary & Benefits ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience and skill level) Yearly Bonus EPF: 12% (6% company + 6% employee) Uniform provided after 3-month probation Work Schedule Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours including breaks) Days: Monday to Saturday Leave: Apply 2 days in advance (except emergencies) Holidays: Government and local holidays only Location: Paramakudi,Tamilnadu Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
