Position : Management intern Locations: Balusserry , Perambra , Perinthalmanna , Palakkad , Kannur , Alappuzha , Kollam & Kottayam Qualification : BBA/MBA Duration: 3months & 6months Monthly Stipend : 5000-7000 As a Management intern , you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn and apply strategies in sales and marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in market analysis, client relationship management, and campaign execution, preparing you for advanced positions within the company. Key Responsibilities : Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new strategies. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
