Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in preparing and serving continental dishes. The ideal candidate will assist chefs with food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensure smooth kitchen operations by following food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs in basic food preparation for continental dishes (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats, preparing sauces). Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as directed. Organize and maintain kitchen workstations and storage areas. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes promptly and thoroughly. Ensure kitchen surfaces, floors, and tools are sanitized according to hygiene and food safety regulations. Receive and store food supplies, ensuring freshness and proper stock rotation. Help plate dishes during busy periods or as directed. Dispose of waste and manage recycling in compliance with health standards. Follow all kitchen safety protocols and assist in minimizing food waste. Support other kitchen staff with various duties as needed.
