Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with job boards and LinkedIn sourcing Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Location: Rewa, Madhya Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 19/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
