We seek a Facebook Ads Specialist to implement Pay Per Click media strategies for our products and clients. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Facebook ads and Analytics. As the Facebook ad manager, you will be responsible for managing our Facebook ad accounts and analyzing the results to improve our products and services. Additionally, you will need to enhance our Ads accounts and maximize our ROI. Goals associated with the job role: ● Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for Facebook advertising campaigns for international clients. ● Manage campaign types with different focuses like conversion, website clicks, traffic, remarketing, etc. ● Submit the weekly & monthly reports to clients. Prepare a daily working sheet & submit it to the manager. ● Do daily optimization & maintenance of all Facebook ads accounts. Key responsibilities: ● Executing marketing campaigns through Facebook ads platforms for ecommerce clients and delivering high ROAS. ● Optimizing the channel to provide the best ROI while ensuring met targets. ● Ensure process improvements proactively and improve operational efficiency ● Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for a Facebook advertising campaign ● Manage campaign types with different focuses like conversion, website clicks, traffic, remarketing, etc. ● Periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns ● Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings ● Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition. ● Ongoing experiments and running A / B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI. Knowledge & attributes: ● 1-3 years experience in performance marketing/media ● Experience working with/in an ad agency is a plus! ● Proficient with Facebook Ads Manager and Client management. ● Good understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices, and marketing briefs. ● Excellent verbal communication skills. ● High proficiency in MS Excel. ● Must know how to track metrics and break down the numbers into actionable insights.
