The Interactive Graphic Design (IGD) team helps Accenture sales teams to elevate their proposals through a range of digital solutions. This includes video, customized websites, interactive prototypes, web presentations, and immersive storytelling platforms. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in visual/graphic design, multimedia, animation, or related field Fluency in English (oral and written) Professional experience in a digital video production environment Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, Premiere and Illustrator Experience using Maya Animation and Modeling software Audio design skills Knowledge of latest trends in video production and motion design Strong eye for detail Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills Ability to work on own initiative with minimum instruction 3D animation experience Roles and Responsibilities: As a Motion Designer, you bring sales concepts to life through animation and video editing. Your role includes: Working closely with script writers and graphic designers to develop concepts and produce videos to deadlines Storyboarding to communicate visual direction and style Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust to changing client requirements Developing narrative ideas for motion graphics, video and character-based animations Communicating complex ideas in simple, compelling visuals Ensuring consistency in visual themes and branding throughout project materials Pitching creative ideas and explaining design decisions to clients Collaborating with sales teams, producers and designers through all project phases Qualifications Any Graduation
