Role Overview : As a Graphic Designer Cum Video Editor, you’ll work directly with the founder and be involved in producing creatives for marketing and sales. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s eager to learn and grow into a Creative Team Lead Key Responsibilities : Design statics and edit videos for Social media postings, Branding Activities, Performance Marketing Ads Collaborate with the marketers and strategy team to translate briefs into compelling visuals Maintain design consistency across all assets Bring creative input into concept discussions, shoots, and campaign planning Adapt and resize assets as per different formats and platforms Required Software Proficiency : Figma Canva Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Ideal Candidate : Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work A sharp eye for layout, typography, and motion aesthetics Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Curious, self-driven, and collaborative in a fast-paced setup Knowledge of ad creatives and content that performs well is a bonus Perks : Chance to learn how to build content that doesn’t just look good but performs It’s a chance to be part of core team the role evolves into team lead in future Be part of a growing team where your ideas are valued Exposure to full-stack marketing operations Flat structure, no red tape Show more Show less
