As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role You will act as a strategic leader to partner in developing and driving the future vision of Investor Relations. You will directly oversee and be responsible for our India IR locations in both Hyderabad and Pune You will lead employee engagements and development initiatives. You will provide the best in class client service to a group of high profile Hedge Funds. You will assist with recruitment, employee assessment and business planning. You will monitor and manage Risk and Performance Dashboards across clients. You will implement global standards for work processes, and ensure ongoing monitoring of control environment. You will develop, maintain and validate clear department operational procedures and guidelines. About You You have 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in Investor Relations / Transfer Agency Environment. You are recognized for your thoughtful leadership and passion in employee engagement and retention, professional development and dedication to best in class relationship management for a diverse client base. You have had success influencing change and embracing a collaborative nature to drive people and business results. You have a Bachelors and/or Masters level degree in finance or other relevant area. You have proven experience managing a large team. You have exposure to systems implementations and work flow process initiatives. You have a solid understanding of Anti Money Laundering Requirements of local Regulator and Bank Policy and excellent awareness of Fraud prevention, Compliance requirements and operational risk areas.
