Position Title: Regional Sales Development Executive Summary: The Regional sales development Executive will report to Head - CCI OOH Channel (Sales Function) and is responsible for planning management of large in-market investments by company (Visi-cooler management/ Visibility program Execution). He/ She would be one point contact for sales function for growth and development of such key initiatives. Major Duties/Responsibilities: Visicooler End-End Management Deployment planning: Visicooler deployment planning coordination with GTM and region heads Point of contacts: Manufacturer, Logistics, 3P deployment agency, Sales team CFA s Operations: Act as one point contact for sales and 3P (Manufacturer deployment agency) Lead deployment process right from store enrollment to final deployment Reconcile data with 3P Manufacturer. Performance Management: Automate / strengthen Visi performance management. Educate sales team on its usage. Co-ordinate with sales team to improve VC Performance metrics. Prepare different VC performance analytics share insight to the management . Co-ordinate with VC manufacturer on improving TAT on VC maintenance/complaint redressal. Support and track VC maintenance on day to basis / work closely with Voltas technical support team to manage day to day basis VC complaints Manage VC stores activation / execution : Ensure effective execution/implementation of VC store activation program, focusing on right in-store presence. Periodic review of outlet base to identify potential outlets to be considered for deployment / program. Coordination with region teams on outlet finalization, enrollment results Storage of agreement copies in share drive . Co-ordinate with 3P Audit agency to improve VC traceability . Data Analytics : Own the data analytics share different insight to the sales team / management . Work closely with the GTM Manager in actioning the "How to Win" across RE s Channels where VCs deployed. - Identify issue areas in the different VC metrics , develop hypothesis and assist in finding solutions and making course corrections. - Periodically review data to measure effectiveness use the analysis to fine tune future activities. - Work on the VC dashboard , drive usages Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: - This role requires coordination and communication skills across multiple business partners including Sales, Transformation, Supply chain, Marketing, Consumer insights and external partners. - Excellent collaborator, individual starter - Demonstrated ability to be accountable for execution and results. - Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including senior management. - Skillful usage of Microsoft Office in business document development and presentation, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Education: MBA Candidate, B school are preferred Experience: 4-5 yrs of Experience. Must have worked in Sales / Asset management function for 2-3 yrs. with exposure to beverage/chocolate industry with Visicooler managing experience Competencies: Good interpersonal skills; Excellent Project Management; Strong analytical critical thinking skills. Strong analytical skills and power point presentation. Sales and head/regional office background is preferred.
