Utsavv Celebrations is kids' birthday celebration startup. Now, we’re looking for hands-on, dependable event executives to run events smoothly and joyfully. Take full ownership of events as the on-ground lead Assist with event setup and decoration Coordinate all event updates through a dedicated WhatsApp group Manage loading, unloading, and return of inventory (props, signage, decor items, etc.) Coordinate vendor arrivals and service delivery (catering, artists, photographers) Ensure hospitality and guest experience on the day of the event Share event closure updates, feedback, and basic documentation post-event
