Youll work alongside dynamic, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll drive operational excellence and enhance team performance. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), optimize production processes, and much more. Youll specifically take care of capacity and workload management, productivity improvement, and tools management, but also ensure first yield pass at testing and final quality control. Well look to you for: Enforcing safety and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards Managing production teams and daily activities Delivering production aligned with quality, cost, and delivery targets Defining and implementing operational and managerial improvement plans Developing autonomous production teams and multi-skilled efficiency Representing site management and maintaining effective communication All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
