We have a significant presence on leading e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. We are seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager with a proven track record to lead and optimize our multi-platform e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our stores on Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to drive sales growth and ensure operational excellence. Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase visibility, conversion rates, and revenue across all platforms. Product Listings: Manage and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, keywords, and SEO for each platform. Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock availability across platforms to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, PPC advertising, and deals to drive traffic and improve ROI. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing e-commerce stores on Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce tools and platforms, including listing software, analytics tools, and PPC management tools. SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization strategies. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multichannel listing tools like ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, or similar software. Background in product sourcing or inventory management. Familiarity with fulfillment methods like FBA and third-party logistics providers.
