We help middle-class families buy gold and diamond jewellery easily through our group saving and buying plan. We have 3 offices in Delhi – Bawana, Holambi, and Shahabad Dairy. Now we are hiring an experienced HR person to manage our team. Job Role – What You Will Do Hiring & Joining Post job ads, take interviews, and select the right people Handle the joining process of new employees Daily HR Work Keep employee records, attendance, and documents Solve staff problems and build a happy work environment Plan team-building activities and celebrations Policy & Payroll Support Help make and follow HR rules and policies Work with the accounts team to check attendance and salary details Make sure the company follows all legal and labour laws Training & Growth Find training needs and help in team development Support with performance checks and appraisals Work at All 3 Offices Our head office is in Bawana. The HR person should visit Holambi and Shahabad Dairy branches when needed. What We Want Graduate or post-graduate in HR or related field 1 - 3 years experience in HR work (retail/jewellery field is better) Good communication and people skills Knows how to use MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools Should know basic labour rules and HR duties Why Join Dream Ticket?
