Job description DESIGNERS AUTOCAD Job description Responsibilities Prepare project documentation, deliverables list, MDR and track the project on regular basis and report to the senior project team. Carry out structural engineering calculations using first principles and FEA methods. Work independently or as part of the project team, ensure that the projects are delivered in accordance with the client contract requirements. Conduct project meetings and attend occasional onsite inspections. Collaborate with other disciplines and members of the DIMENSION regarding operational and specialist matters. Work together with relevant consultants, authorities, customers, and clients to ensure that all Architectural and Designing plans are adhered to ensure conformity and development of structure. Perform qualification work in accordance with procedures. Participate in project teams and improvement initiatives. Helping in monitoring any outstanding issues with the client. Able to produce CAD drawing of approved designs for bid and permitting processes. Qualifications Hold an Engineering Degree or equivalent. A Master's degree is desirable. Relevant experience of 3-5 years is required. Have Strong proficiency in FEMAP/Nastran/Staad/Solidworks/Ansys/Abaqus/AUTOCAD and Excel. Have Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies. Have the ability to select and apply standard guides, methods, and techniques. Have the ability to manage contracts from proposals through execution and Closure. Understand bidding and tendering activities. Have the knowledge of industry standards and codes and the ability to apply standards to structural and operational documentation. Possess spatial awareness with the ability to demonstrate skilled knowledge in analyzing technical solutions. Have working knowledge of engineering principles and practices, as well as working knowledge of basic principles of design, systems design, installation, and mathematics. Have strong communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
