Job Description

Position Summary Our company is hiring a full-time on-site Department Secretary role of Busineess Development Department located in Gurugram at JAPAN STEEL WORKS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The Department Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and providing excellent customer service. Role Description ・Department secretary (schedule management, document preparation, data entry, meeting preparation, etc.) ・Spare parts management (creating quotation, processing order, replenishing parts, etc.) ・Experience Centre planning/management ( schedule management, reception, arrangements, creating materials/advertising for external parties, processing invoices, SNS maintenance, etc.) ・Customer service (answering customer inquiry, intermediate the communication between customer and the relevant departments on Japan side, marketing assistance, etc.) Expected Qualifications Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Experience in Company Secretarial Work Proficiency in MS Office Suite Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent time management skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Previous experience to use Sales Force apps Requirements ・Experience in corporate reception, clerical work, or secretarial work Standard working hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday Show more Show less
