Key Responsibilities Assess customer needs through technical discussions and site surveys to propose customized KVM solutions Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements related to KVM Respond to technical queries, RFPs, RFIs, and bid documents related to KVM products. Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including proof of concept (POC) setups Stay updated on KVM industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Partners Required Skills and Qualifications 4 to 6 years of proven experience in pre-sales roles specifically involving IT infrastructure solutions. Previous Experience in KVM solution shall added advantage Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred Strong technical knowledge in Network infrastructure, video signal standards, and IT security considerations, ability to understand complex IT and AV environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical persons Experience in responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
