Job Title: Civil Engineer Company: R & R Architectural Design Studio Location: Nellikunnu, Thrissur Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Salary: Based on Interview Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: R & R Architectural Design Studio is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented civil engineer member to join our dynamic team in the residential construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and interpret civil drawings and project specifications. Assist in the preparation and revision of BOQs and estimates for residential construction projects. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Maintain organized records of project documentation and office files. Support procurement, scheduling, and follow-up on project timelines. Handle administrative duties and assist in daily office operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a construction or architectural firm. Proficient in reading and understanding civil and architectural drawings. Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and construction software (AutoCAD, etc.). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
