Job Description

Make sure site visits are as per the check list. οƒ˜ Study drawings before going to site and ensure that it followed correctly. οƒ˜ Supervise on-site and projects, both residential & commercials. οƒ˜ Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff. οƒ˜ Verify drawings are as per the measurements. οƒ˜ Never entertain client to change design. οƒ˜ Maintain proper documentation of projects. οƒ˜ Coordinating with Client in all site work activities. οƒ˜ Raise and discuss relevant issues to site coordinator and resolve all. οƒ˜ Prepare audit report after site visits and share in client WhatsApp group. οƒ˜ Inform site updation and client clarifications in client WhatsApp group. οƒ˜ Schedule site visits together with site coordinator. οƒ˜ Flexible to work in holidays, if situation demands. οƒ˜ Always make sure clients are satisfied Job Type: Full-time Pay: β‚Ή20,000.00 - β‚Ή25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
