Job Title: Channel Network Head - Door Segment Experience: 8-10 years Location: Noida Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Network Head to oversee and manage our distributor and dealer network within the door segment. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in channel management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and dealers. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective channel management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement channel strategies to expand and strengthen the distributor and dealer network within the door segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Identify and recruit new distributors and dealers to enhance market coverage and penetration. Provide training, support, and guidance to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products. Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across the channel network. Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, sales, and market trends to senior management. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in channel management, preferably within the door segment or a related industry. Proven experience in managing distributor and dealer networks. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the construction or building materials industry. Knowledge of door products and solutions. Professional certifications in sales or channel management.
