Job Description for Billing Executive . Designation : Billing Executive Department : Account & Finance No of vacancy : 2 Location : Vastrapur - Ahmedabad. Billing Executive Job Responsibilities : ■Preparation of company invoices/Bills as per project stage. ■Keep an accurate record of project billing. ■Knowledge in GST and TDS also all type of basic entry's in Tally. ■Send invoices and account updates to clients electronically and on paper. ■Update our system with payment information and other financial data. ■Handling employees vouchers. ■Statutory compliance related to the accounting. ■Prepare reports and review billing activity for accuracy. ■Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility. What You'll Need to Get the Job Done : List what a qualified candidate needs to do their job effectively. For example: ● Education Qualification : B.com /M.com / MBA in Finance. ●3+ years experience in a billing department ●Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and Tally. ●Working knowledge of office equipment.
