That’s why we’re looking for a client-oriented, driven, and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our international team. At BAS-IP, we believe in innovation with heart and people who grow together. As our Account Manager in India , you will be the key point of contact for our clients, helping them succeed while representing the values and expertise of BAS-IP. Your daily responsibilities will include: Building strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and care Developing client work plans and ensuring smooth contract execution Collaborating with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to enhance client experience Handling client inquiries and providing thoughtful, timely solutions Preparing market and sales analysis reports Creating and executing joint marketing initiatives with clients Meeting sales goals and identifying opportunities for growth We’re looking for an active, communicative, and thoughtful professional who can build trust, understand client needs, and navigate international sales dynamics with clarity and care: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management Confident communication in English ( Advanced (C1 ) level ) Experience with international clients or export sales is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or related field Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools A warm, client-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills Strong logic, attention to detail, and ability to structure tasks clearly Self-organized and result-driven approach to work Location: India (Remote work with some flexibility in schedule) What you'll receive: Remote work with a flexible schedule (start between 9:00–10:00, finish by 18:00–19:00) Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Onboarding support & mentorship to help you succeed from day one Paid vacation & sick leave The chance to work with a global, multicultural team of professionals A truly open and respectful culture , where your voice matters Why choose BAS-IP?
