Summary: As an Application Designer , you will help define requirements and design applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and developing applications, and ensuring their successful implementation. You will play a key role in IT operations and ensure that applications function smoothly to meet business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME): Expected to perform independently and become an SME in your area of expertise. Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design & Development: Design and develop applications to meet business process and application requirements. Successful Implementation: Ensure the successful implementation of applications and provide ongoing support to ensure their optimal performance. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure your designs are cutting-edge. Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues as they arise. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) . Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) . Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and best practices. Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using the ServiceNow platform . Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks . Familiarity with ITOM and GRC ITAM modules of ServiceNow. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Strong communication and collaboration abilities . Additional Information: Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management . Location: This position is based in Kolkata . Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , IT , Engineering , or a related field is required. Certifications: Mandatory: Certified in ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals . Optional: Certified in ServiceNow ITOM or GRC ITAM .
