Description We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technology and a deep understanding of the Android platform. You will work closely with other developers and designers to create high-quality applications that meet the needs of our users. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages. Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
