Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mails, etc.). Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars. Maintain and update company records and databases. Support HR and finance departments with basic clerical duties (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry). Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure office cleanliness and functionality. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations when required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
