3D Motion Graphic Designer – GRAPHFX Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2–4 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (based on skill & portfolio) Job Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Job Summary GRAPHFX is looking for a bold and visionary 3D Motion Graphic Designer to craft immersive, rhythm-driven visuals for concerts, projection mapping, and music-based visual journeys. You’ll create surreal, futuristic animations that respond to sound, energy, and atmosphere from cinematic loops to live-stage environments. This role is for artists who think beyond screens. If you're fluent in 3D, inspired by sound, and driven by visual storytelling — you're our kind of designer. Key Responsibilities Design high-impact 3D motion graphics and animations for live shows, concerts, projection mapping, and immersive experiences Design and animate high-end 3D motion graphics for live visuals, projection mapping, and immersive shows Model, texture, and light assets with strong aesthetic and cinematic style Build loopable, rhythm-synced visuals that translate into compelling stage experiences Collaborate with VFX, illustrators, and visual directors to deliver unified content Participate in storyboarding and concept development Optimize scenes for real-time playback and screen formats Continuously explore and push creative and technical boundaries Required Skills StrongCinema 4D / Blender / Maya (Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Animation) Strong Adobe After Effects skills , ideally with demonstrable motion graphics experience Good understanding of 3D workflows and rendering ( Octane, Redshift, Arnold, or Cycles ) Experience with 3rd-party motion graphic plugins (e.g. Trapcode Suite , Optical Flares, Element 3D, etc.) Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling An artistic background with an extensive portfolio of music-related or immersive motion work Bonus: Experience with Notch , Unreal Engine , or TouchDesigner Perks & Culture Creative freedom on music-driven visuals and stage content Performance-based bonuses & paid sick leave Collaboration with top artists, musicians, and stage designers Opportunities to experiment with new tools and formats Highly creative studio atmosphere with fast-paced projects Location BTM Layout, Bengaluru – 560068 (Candidates able to relocate or commute preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
