Job Description

Your Role

Expertise in administering and optimizing Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, Phone, and Events.

Experience in configuring Zoom integrations with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.

Lead enterprise-wide Zoom deployment, including user provisioning, SSO configuration, and policy enforcement.

Manage Zoom Room hardware setup and troubleshooting (Neat, Poly, Logitech, etc.).

Implement Zoom security best practices such as encryption, meeting controls, and data retention.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and internal governance policies.

Act as Tier 3 escalation point for Zoom-related issues, analyzing logs, call quality metrics, and performance data.

Conduct workshops for IT teams and end users on Zoom best practices.

Monitor usage, performance, and adoption using Zoom Admin Dashboard and analytics tools.

Generate reports for leadership on ROI, usage trends, and service health.

Your Profile

4 to 9 years of experience in Unified Communications or Video Conferencing administration.

Deep hands-on experience with Zoom Admin Console, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phone.

Strong understanding of networking, VoIP, SIP, and video conferencing protocols.

Familiarity with SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Zoom APIs.

Experience with AV hardware, digital signage, and meeting room automation.

Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack integrations.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Zoom certifications (e.g., Zoom Certified Integrator or Administrator) preferred.

ITIL, CCNA, or UCaaS-related certifications are a plus
