BASE & REPORTING HQ COIMBATORE Area Covering : South India (TAMIL NADU, AP, TELANGANA, KERALA,KARNATAKA) ANY TWO STATE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED PREFERRED SEGMENT EXPERIENCES: SPECIALIST ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Drawing up and implementing/monitoring plans and budgets; Developing and leading the sales team Ensure they perform at their best; Collaborating with other departments to match resources with commercial objectives; Identifying opportunities and threats, and taking appropriate action; Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management. All performance of the team and achieve the liability for which they are liable. Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience in CRM software. Understands the importance of deadlines, proactively remove roadblocks and deliver as per requirement. PREFERRED CANDIDATE Open for travel. Excellent verbal and written communications The ability to coach teams and individuals effectively; Proven expertise in strategy and vision, and an entrepreneurial outlook.
