Primary point of contact in field for all branded retail store deployment and marcom interfaces . Accountability for deploying store deployment processes that enable roll out and refurbishment of Apollo Stores To process apollo branded retail proposals approved by sales marketing team thru agency interaction, site recce, layout drawings and 3D view, regular monitoring of civil work, release of purchase order, material dispatch installation, inauguration preparation, advertisement in local newspaper. Focus on adherence to design guidelines and program quality for timely delivery. Working with field team to provide a 6-month store opening / close / refurbishment forecast which is reviewed and updated regularly to provide an up to date store pipeline for Apollo stores. Vendor management Development - Strive for cost efficacy in all marketing spends undertaken to optimize ROI. Bring in new vendors/ materials/ retail ideas. Key interface for business partners to provide deployment guidance. Interface with key depts. like marcom, product marketing sales to ensure their activities are coordinated with store roll out. Plan and roll out of BTL (below the line) communication calendar. Deployment of Marketing Collaterals at point of Sale
