Zonal Manager

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for the role, you should have a total experience of 4-8 years with a specialization in Trade Marketing. Your experience should encompass retail branding, specifically focusing on the execution of ACP boards, GSB boards, display walls, and product display stands. It is essential that you have previous experience working with mass-scale retail formats such as Kirana stores and Mom & Pop outlets, rather than modern trade or franchise-driven formats. An ideal candidate would have successfully executed branding activities in a minimum of 1,000-2,000 retail outlets annually. Key Responsibilities: - Possess deep knowledge of ground-level retail branding and visibility execution in the domain of Retail Marketing. - Demonstrated experience in Kirana/mass retail outlet branding, including managing multi-state projects. - Hands-on involvement in managing regional/national vendors for execution, including negotiation, alignment, and quality control. - Experience in budget planning, allocation, and tracking at a zonal/regional level, along with an understanding of the P&L impact of trade marketing activities. - Ability to manage or guide regional teams directly or indirectly, with a track record of reporting to senior marketing or sales leadership. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of overall experience in Trade Marketing, with a focus on retail branding. - Expertise in retail branding activities including ACP boards, GSB boards, display walls, and product display stands. - Experience working with mass-scale retail formats like Kirana stores and Mom & Pop outlets. - Proven track record of managing regional/national vendors for execution, budget planning, and P&L exposure. - Ability to lead regional teams and report to senior marketing or sales leadership. - Prior exposure to Southern states (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala) and proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) is advantageous. - Willingness to travel extensively across the specified regions is a prerequisite for this role.,
