Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Manager, Offline - North East (Gauhati) at Lenskart.com. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations within the designated zone. Responsibilities include managing store performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, developing store staff, planning promotional activities, and driving sales growth. The Zonal Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and address operational challenges.

• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple retail locations within the designated zone
• Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Offline Channel in the region. • Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Offline Channel in the Maharashtra & Goa region
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive business results
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions
